GENERAL
Our kitchen is open 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm. Cutoff to order for same-day delivery is 9:30pm nightly.
Yes, we are dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint and moving towards 100% plastic-free. Our boxes, meal containers, and cardboard sleeves are all recyclable. In total, we are 98% plastic-free and biodegradable. ♻️ Read more about our packaging here.
HEATING & STORING MEALS
Feel free to stock up! Our meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
Absolutely! If you do not expect to eat eat a meal within 3 days, simply freeze it. Then when you’re ready, thaw it in the refrigerator first for 12 to 24 hours, then follow normal heating instructions.
Please note: not all sauces freeze well and uncooked greens like salads should not be frozen.

We understand that sometimes stuff comes in between. We can cancel & refund your order if cancellation is communicated to us minimum 3 hours prior to delivery.
