We are so excited about this paella recipe & hope you are, too!  Paella is a beautiful rice dish hailing from the east coast of Spain, near the port city of Valencia. It often includes seafood or meat, but we made this paella vegetarian by mixing Portobello & Button Mushrooms into the rice and adding extra vegetables. Our version is fresh, colorful, and hearty, thanks to the original Bomba Rice and  Sofrito base.

How to reheat

  • Skillet: Medium-Heat until temperature above 80
  • Oven: 20-25 minutes in oven with "Cover On"
  • Microwave: 4 minutes in the microwave
